Indonesian Special Fried Rice

Fried Rice Ingredients:
For one served of special fried rice

Materials Required:

200 grams of white rice, fried rice do not choose too fluffier.
1 egg, beaten off.
3 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing

First Seasonings:
30 grams Onions that have been roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 whole red onion, thinly sliced
2 pieces of red pepper, washed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped green onion

Seasonings Second:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 packet beef broth
Salt and flavorings according to taste

How to Make Special Fried Rice 

Actually very easy to make fried rice, stir-fry saute live alone. More details, here's how to make special fried rice :
1. Heat oil and saute onion and shallots until fragrant issue.
2. Enter the beaten eggs, scrambled until half cooked and thenenter the rest of the first seasoning then mix well.
3. Add rice and stir until blended.
4. Add seasonings and stir again until the second flat.
5. Cook until done and serve while warm.

Fried rice will be more enjoyable with a sprinkling of fried onionson top and comes with pickled cucumber and chili pepper. Add shrimp crackers or chips melinjo will also greatly enrich the flavor of fried rice that you make.

Recipes - Lotek


Cooking Materials:
- Spinach, boiled
- bean sprouts, boiling water soak
- Cabbage, cut


- 1 pc fried tempeh, cut
- 1 pc rice cake, cut matching- crackers onion to taste

Seasonings for mashed:
- 2-3 tablespoons peanut, fried
- 1 / 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 chilli pepper (depend on your taste)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm kencur
- 1 pc lime leaves, discard the stem
- 2-3 tablespoons tamarind water
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

Lotek Cooking:
1. Prepare mortar. Mashed cayenne pepper, kencur, garlic,lime leaves and salt until smooth.
2. Enter peanuts, mashed again until smooth. Add brown sugar, mashed until smooth.
3. Thaw seasoning by adding 2-3 tablespoons tamarind water. Stir until smooth. Enter the spinach, bean sprouts, cabbage, rice cake and fried tempeh, stir all ingredients until well blended.
4. Completion: Lotek put on a plate, sprinkle with onion crackers.Serve.

Tips & Tricks:
- Make just before serving.
- Because this recipe only to one portion, then the spinach, bean sprouts, and cabbage thought about it. Most of each just a handful only.
- Addition of acidic water should be gradual, not to be too liquidseasoning, because then usually when the vegetables are logged,so more liquid seasoning.
